1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using pratra.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms apply to the corporate website. A proposal, order form, subscription, API agreement, licence, statement of work or other customer contract may contain additional terms governing a Pratra product or service. The applicable customer contract controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

2. Pratra entities

“Pratra”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pratra Travel Technologies Private Limited, India, and Pratra Travel Technologies Inc., United States. Pratra Travel Technologies Private Limited administers this website.

The Pratra entity providing paid services will be identified in the applicable proposal, order form, invoice, checkout or agreement. Customers must review that identification before completing a purchase:

• India-based services and INR transactions are generally contracted with Pratra Travel Technologies Private Limited.
• US-based services and USD transactions processed through the US merchant account are generally contracted with Pratra Travel Technologies Inc.
• For other markets, the contracting entity is the entity expressly named in the applicable commercial document or checkout.

3. Permitted website use

You may use this website for lawful business-information, evaluation and communication purposes. You must not interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; scrape or extract content at scale without permission; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; submit unlawful, misleading or infringing material; or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, Pratra, users or third parties.

4. Website information, products and travel content

Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. Product functionality, airline coverage, availability, implementation scope and commercial terms may change and are confirmed only in an applicable agreement.

Pratra provides travel-technology and airline-distribution solutions. Unless expressly stated in a customer agreement, Pratra is not the airline operating a flight and does not control an airline’s schedules, inventory, fare rules, fulfilment or service decisions. Airline and supplier terms may also apply to travel transactions enabled through Pratra technology.

Submitting an enquiry or onboarding form does not guarantee approval, access, pricing, production credentials or availability of any product or airline connection.

5. Accounts, charges and payments

Fees, currencies, billing cycles, taxes, usage charges, implementation charges, payment dates and renewal terms are stated in the relevant proposal, order form, invoice, checkout or agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for charges authorised through your account.

The merchant and contracting entity shown during checkout must match the entity shown on the related invoice or commercial agreement. Payment processing may be provided by an independent payment provider under its own terms and privacy notice. Pratra does not intend to store complete payment-card credentials.

Cancellations, credits and refunds are governed by the applicable proposal, order form or customer agreement and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The website, Pratra names and marks, visual identity, text, software, documentation, designs and other materials are owned by or licensed to Pratra and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right or licence is granted except the limited right to access the website in accordance with these terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, reverse engineer or commercially exploit website materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may include links to developer, support, social-media, airline or other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Links do not necessarily constitute endorsement.

8. Availability, warranties and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that website content is complete, current or error-free or that access will be uninterrupted or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pratra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this corporate website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to a paid product or service is governed by the applicable customer agreement.

9. Privacy

Our Global Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Cookie choices can be managed through the footer.

10. Governing law

For disputes arising solely from general use of this website, the applicable Pratra entity is determined by your relationship with Pratra. Where the relationship is with Pratra Travel Technologies Private Limited, these terms are governed by the laws of India and the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Where the relationship is with Pratra Travel Technologies Inc., these terms are governed by the laws of California and the competent courts in San Francisco, California have jurisdiction, in each case without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Mandatory consumer or statutory rights that apply in your jurisdiction are not displaced by this section. Customer agreements may specify different governing-law and dispute provisions.

11. Changes and severability

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website, our business or applicable requirements. The revised date will appear above. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
