A low-cost carrier, Citilink Airlines, operated by PT Citilink Indonesia, is headquartered in Jakarta. Starting off as Garuda Indonesia’s brand in July 2001, it has grown from running shuttle services between cities to operating as a distinct subsidiary since 2012. It brings its own callsign, airline codes, emblem, and uniform. The airline primarily operates out of Juanda International Airport and Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Citilink is renowned for its high-quality service and onboard staff service.
